We will also talk about the everyday aspects of\nworking in our field, i.e. how to \u2018deftly\u2019 organize the work of our teams by\ndrawing from the methods most often employed in programming teams,\u201d says Marta\nBa\u0144ka from the City Culture Institute.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, the City Culture Institute invites the\nparticipants of the Marketing in Culture Conference to the Polish Baltic\nPhilharmonic, beautifully situated on O\u0142owianka island in Gda\u0144sk. Plenary sessions will take place in the concert hall,\nand breaks will provide ample time for networking in the spacious foyer. Afternoon workshops will be held in the superbly\nequipped rooms of the National Maritime Museum and Maritime Culture Centre. Both are partner institutions of the 2020 Marketing in\nCulture Conference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cEach year, we put together a workshop offer that further explores\nsubjects presented by our speakers.
