In Between

Performans, wystawa

In Between to artystyczna platforma, która podróżuje do europejskich miast, by spędzić w każdym z nich 15 dni. Zaangażowani w projekt twórcy używają różnych strategii i form artystycznych: instalacji typu site specific, wideo, zdjęć, instalacji dźwiękowych, performansu, wywiadów, plakatów, tekstów, rysunków i – przede wszystkim – rozmowy.

Artyści realizujący projekt:

English version

In Between
Performance, exhibition

Observation in philosophical terms is the process of filtering sensory information through the thought process. Input is received via hearing, sight, smell, taste, or touch and then analyzed through either rational or irrational thought. What happens if the observed object knows that he/she is being observed and the observation also changes positions so that the observer is being observed by the object? As artists, creators of In Beteen can play with these roles and also with the purpose of their observations which can have an open and indistinct objective.

In Between is an artistic platform that travel to European cities for 15 days each. Artists are working with different communities, local artists and cultural organizations in order to create a wider scene of the relationship between citizens and neighbourhoods, creating situations to increase communication in communities and between them.
